Katrina Brinker
Principal Leader Consultant

She most recently served as an Executive Director, at a Title 1 school where she led a successful five-year charter renewal, closed the achievement gap as one of only nine charter schools in Georgia to do so, and earned a 2024 Title I State Achievement Award. Her background also includes experience as a Head of School, district personnel supporting school improvement, instructional coach, and an assistant principal across multiple districts, where she consistently drove significant gains in student achievement and school performance. Katrina provides support as a fractional leader or leadership coach, help support school improvement, support PLCs, data analysis, along with providing teacher observations, coaching, and feedback.
Dr. Holley Johnson

She brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience to support our school clients with a full range of special education services. Dr. Holley works closely with schools to provide guidance, support, and expertise in navigating special education requirements and compliance matters. She also serves as a Fractional Director of Special Education, helping school leaders manage programs, maintain compliance, and effectively serve students with special needs. Her experience and commitment to excellence make her a valuable resource for the schools and communities we serve.

She has worked with and supported numerous organizations by developing efficient systems, streamlining procedures, and creating the structure needed for long-term success. Her strategic approach and commitment to operational excellence help ensure that Cross & Dot delivers effective, organized, and reliable solutions to its clients.
Heath Jordan
Manager of Internal Technology & Branding

His responsibilities include managing digital workflows, maintaining the company website, supporting cloud-based systems, assisting with onboarding and software platforms, and developing branded materials. Heath brings creativity, reliability, and a passion for continuous improvement to the team. A fun fact about Heath is that he is currently attending Free Chapel College, where he is studying Marketing & Communications for Ministry. His dedication to both professional growth and community impact makes him a valuable part of the Cross & Dot team.

A graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems, Emani is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build positive working relationships. She enjoys creating efficient processes that help teams stay focused and achieve their goals. Outside of work, Emani enjoys teaching group fitness classes and building community through health and wellness. She is passionate about continuous learning, serving others, and making a positive impact through collaboration and excellence.
