You’ve got the plan…now what? Lots of times the strategic plan gets developed and then put on the shelf – and that’s not helping your students! Cross & Dot can create an implementation plan that clearly outlines the annual goals, intermediate goals, action steps, responsible parties, deliverables, and timelines. You never have to worry about whether the strategy is working once the implementation plan is complete!

Sometimes you just need that second look to make sure that all the parts are working together. Cross & Dot will create a custom assessment for your organization that takes a deep dive into the processes in place and the impact on your day to day operations. You’ll receive a written report of the current status and recommendations to increase operational effectiveness.

An efficient board meeting is essential to meeting the goals of your organization and creating a dashboard that gives the leadership a quick glance at the outcomes that matter is essential. We will build a dashboard that highlights the goals in your strategic plan and gives any stakeholder the ability to see your progress at a glance.

Audits are a certainty in the life cycle of a school or district. Let us help you respond to your external stakeholders and evaluators by providing you with support in the research, data collection, writing, and final execution for audit responses.
Fee: starting at $1,800 per month
One of the most exciting parts of the life cycle of a school is receiving and renewing accreditation. Cross & Dot has worked with several accrediting bodies including Cognia and the Georgia Accrediting Commission to support public and private schools in securing this designation. We can’t wait to help you achieve and keep this milestone!
