One of the essential functions of the governing board is to evaluate the school leader. Our consultants are credentialed in the LKES evaluation system each year so that we can support school boards in providing their executive leader with high quality, relevant feedback to ensure the growth and professional learning continues.

Fee: $1200 per month, 5 coaching hours per month
