Cross & Dot provides leaders with coaching services to assist in their overall growth and development or to target a specific area of improvement. Coaching can support a performance improvement plan (PIP) or prepare your leader to move to the next level in your organization.

Fee: $1500 per month, 5 coaching hours per month
