Longevity is the ultimate goal and ensuring a successful renewal of your charter term is a marathon, not a race. Cross & Dot can help your school prepare for the renewal process by assisting with data collection, constructing your school’s narrative, and completing the renewal tasks required by your authorizer. You don’t have to do this alone – we’ve got all the experience and resources you’ll need for a successful renewal!

Meeting your annual training requirements is not just something to check off the list. High quality board training results in effective school leadership and directly impacts student achievement. Cross & Dot, LLC provides whole board governance training as well as focused trainings to enhance understanding on specific domains. We use the Georgia Standards for Board Governance to guide our work and are an approved governance training provider for charter schools in Georgia.
