In my heart, I’ll always be a teacher. My experience has taught me that student achievement and school success are dependent on strong leadership. Every teacher is a leader in their classroom, and their ability to execute superior instruction is directly related to the capability of the school leadership team and the effectiveness of the school board. As an Executive Director of the nation’s most academically successful virtual charter school, I learned a lot of lessons about leading and learning. It’s now my mission to share what I’ve learned with school leaders and school boards to help them become their best. Education is my passion and it’s my life’s work to ensure that every student has an amazing educational experience by providing school leaders and boards with the tools for success.
