It happens…the school leader leaves. When this happens, your school community needs continuous leadership to keep things moving forward while you search for a permanent replacement. Cross & Dot’s signature service provides schools with an experienced executive school leader to support the management so the Board can continue to focus on oversight and identifying your next great leader.
Fee: $7500 per month
Every leader needs a coach. Your coach is a sounding board, a mentor, a guide, a venting partner, a course corrector…or all of the above! Cross & Dot provides leaders with coaching services to assist in their overall growth and development or to target a specific area of improvement. Coaching can support a performance improvement plan (PIP) or prepare your leader to move to the next level in your organization.
Fee: $1500 per month, 5 coaching hours per month
The planning year is crucial for charter schools, and you don’t know what you don’t know. Let Cross & Dot work alongside your governing board and school leader to ensure every gap is closed. We’ll walk with you during the planning year to execute your new school checklist and provide guidance in implementation of the critical steps for launch. We want to make sure your doors open on that first day more than ready to serve your students and school community!
Fee: $2500 per month, minimum 6 month commitment
LEADER: RETREAT
While the teachers are enjoying their summer break, the leaders are as busy as ever! Effective planning starts with collaboration. There is no better way to increase the effectiveness and productivity of your leadership team than to carve out some focused time to “retreat” – set goals and develop plans for the upcoming school year. Cross & Dot can support you in planning your retreat from A to Z. We’ll help you establish an agenda, execute the pre-work, determine the deliverables, and are able to be onsite and available during your retreat to ensure that your objectives are met.
Fee: Starting at $2,000
One of the essential functions of the governing board is to evaluate the school leader. Our consultants are credentialed in the LKES evaluation system each year so that we can support school boards in providing their executive leader with high quality, relevant feedback to ensure the growth and professional learning continues.
Fee: $1200 per month, 5 coaching hours per month
